About the Role

This senior leadership position oversees Surgical Services within a major 450-bed teaching hospital serving Northern Tasmania. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality, efficient surgical care across theatres, day procedures, and outpatient services.

The role combines strategic leadership, clinical governance, and resource management, with responsibility for workforce development, service improvement, and maintaining strong performance aligned with national safety and quality standards. An active clinical component in a relevant specialty may be required.
