About the Role

Two Consultant Anaesthetist positions are available within a well-established regional department. You will join a supportive team of over 20 FANZCAs delivering anaesthetic care across 10 theatres and two campuses, covering a broad surgical case mix including emergency, ICU-supported and elective work. The role includes involvement in teaching and supervision, with robust links to a rural clinical school. Opportunities exist to develop special interests and contribute to service growth. New and provisional fellows within 12 months of attaining FANZCA are encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements

- Fellowship of ANZCA (or within 12 months of completion)
- Specialist registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
- Interest in teaching and clinical governance
