About the Role

Wyong Hospital is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Consultant Liaison Psychiatrist to join its expanding mental health team. This role is central to providing psychiatric expertise across the hospital, supporting patients with complex mental health needs in medical, surgical, and emergency settings.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering high-quality consultation-liaison psychiatry services across inpatient wards and the Emergency Department
- Collaborating with general medical teams to support integrated, holistic care




- Providing supervision and mentorship to junior medical staff and trainees
- Contributing to service development, quality improvement, and culturally safe practices
