Cumberland Hospital, part of the Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD), is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Acute Mental Health Services to lead its acute psychiatric units. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care and driving innovation across inpatient and emergency mental health services.

You will:

- Provide strategic and clinical leadership across acute mental health units, including Hainsworth and other adult inpatient wards.
- Oversee service delivery, workforce planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, community stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Champion culturally secure, recovery-oriented care and evidence-based practice.
- Support education, research,



and professional development across the district.
