• Draft and coordinate communication and engagement materials that bring AI adoption stories to life for different audiences.
• Assist in the design and delivery of role-based training and enablement activities.
• Track and report on adoption, engagement and training metrics against agreed KPIs.
• Build strong working relationships with divisional stakeholders, technology teams and L&D.;
• Identify emerging risks or resistance to change and escalate or help address these with the team.
• Contribute ideas and fresh thinking to how the team approaches change across the program.
What you’ll need
• 2+ years of experience in change management, communications, or a related transformation role.
• A solid grounding in change management fundamentals, with exposure to frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Genuine interest in AI and automation, and how it changes the way people work.
• Confidence to own your own workstreams and engage stakeholders directly, balanced with a genuine appetite to keep learning and developing.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved beyond your immediate remit.
