Case Manager - Homelessness
The Opportunity:
We’re excited to offer an internal opportunity for a Case Manager (Homelessness) based in Goolwa! If you’re passionate about supporting people experiencing homelessness and looking for a role that fits your lifestyle, this part-time fixed-term position, could be perfect for you.
As a Case Manager, you’ll work directly with individuals facing complex challenges, helping them access safe accommodation and essential support services. You’ll provide crisis intervention, develop tailored case plans, and empower clients to build the skills and confidence needed for independent living.

Our Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly motivated person who:
- Has demonstrated experience in developing case plans within an established case management model
- Has both knowledge and an understanding of the social issues relevant to homelessness, including the determinants and effects of homelessness
- Understands the complex needs of children, adolescents, and families at risk of homelessness, together with the impact/effect of other issues such as domestic violence, mental health, etc.
- Has demonstrated experience in or has a solid understanding of supporting individuals/families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
- Holds a Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent and substantial experience in the field
You Will Need To:
- Complete our online application process
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current Safe Environments Certificate
- Undergo pre-employment testing as part of the recruitment process
