About the Prospect

Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our valued client in Mackay.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional team where your skills are valued and your contribution makes a difference. You'll enjoy a supportive work environment, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to secure ongoing employment for the right candidate.

- Location: Mackay Harbour, QLD
- Pay rate: $40.00 per hour + penalties
- Roster: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll be Doing

- Safe and efficient forklift operation
- Front-End Loader operation where ticketed
- Manual handling duties including shovelling fertiliser product
- Assist with production processes involving conveyors, bagging equipment, hoppers, blending systems and material handling operations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment while working in outdoor conditions
- Adhering to all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport




- LF Forklift Licence and operating experience (mandatory)
- Front-End Loader ticket and operating experience (advantageous)
- The ability to work at heights
- Physical fitness for manual tasks and outdoor work
- The ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test
