Strategic Business Development Manager (AV Channel Partnerships) This opportunity is about building long-term channel partnerships with AV integrators, consultants, designers and project stakeholders, helping position a growing Australian digital infrastructure business as a preferred supplier in specification-led projects.

About the role:

Develop and execute a targeted AV channel partnership strategy.

Build trusted relationships with AV integrators, consultants, construction companies and technical delivery partners.

Position premium LED video walls, digital kiosks and commercial display solutions within project opportunities.

Identify upcoming tenders, fit-outs, deployments and specification-led opportunities.

Secure preferred supplier status, vendor inclusion and early-stage project consideration.

Work with partners on tenders, proposals and technical positioning.

Qualify opportunities commercially and maintain a strong project pipeline.





Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive the right technical and commercial support.

About you:

5–8 years’ experience in B2B business development, channel sales or partner-led sales.

Experience working with AV integrators, consultants, designers, fitout, technology integration or project-based industries.

Strong relationship-building skills with a commercially mature approach.

Ability to influence early-stage project discussions and create repeat partner-led opportunities.

Strong judgement around where to invest time and how to qualify opportunities.

Comfortable operating in a less structured, growth-focused sales workplace.

Motivated by building long-term channels, not just closing one-off deals.
