Our OSHC service

Aubin Grove OSHClub

is looking for a dedicated

Educator

to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. This

permanent

role offering a minimum of 15 hours with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.

Responsibilities

Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old.

Facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love!

Building solid relationships with children, families, and the school community

Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program

You'll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the service's opening hours of:

Morning: 6:30am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program)

Afternoon: 2:30pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program)

School Holidays: 7:00am – 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program)

Who We’re Looking For





No formal experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need. We’re looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact

Communicates clearly and confidently

Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role

Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check

Has Australian work rights
