Lead and deliver environmental approvals projects end-to-end Manage and contribute to contaminated land assessments and related work Coordinate and oversee contractors and external stakeholders Support growth of the environmental capability (processes, quality, mentoring) Build strong client relationships and contribute to project success About you Prior experience in environmental consulting (essential) Demonstrated experience in contaminated land Strong knowledge/experience across approvals and project delivery Confident working with and managing contractors Motivated to grow into a Team Lead style role over time Experience from adjacent sectors (e.g., agriculture, waste, construction) is welcomed What’s on offer Permanent opportunity in Melbourne Package: $160k–$180k
