The Role Based out of our

Strathfield office , you’ll play a key role in estimating and tendering across a diverse range of

basement, demolition, civil, infrastructure, subdivision and industrial projects . As a Senior Estimator, you’ll take ownership of tenders, pricing and cost planning while working closely with our construction and management teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates across a range of construction and civil projects

Leading the pricing and submission of competitive tenders

Reviewing project scopes, plans and specifications

Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing

Identifying project risks, opportunities and value-engineering solutions





Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams

Supporting and mentoring junior estimators

What We’re Looking For

Strong estimating experience across basements, demolition, civil, infrastructure, subdivisions and/or industrial projects

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs and subcontractor pricing

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and project documentation

Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills

Confident communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines

A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach
