Duty Manager at the Royal Hotel Darlington.

About You:

Mature-minded, driven and honest individual.

Able to confidently train and lead a team.

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, with a sound knowledge of microsoft office.

Ensuring superior service and quality to ensure delivery ofoutstanding guest experiences.

Drive a positive working environment and lead by example asa manager

Knowledge of, and interest in, all things gaming. Must have TAB/gaming experience.

Able to work full-time, shift-work hours. Late night and weekend availability are a must.

Basic knowledge of industry regulations.





Maintaining current market knowledge and harnessing your ability to engage and execute promotional/marketing concepts to assist in business growth.

Critical to this role is the ability to take a strategic approach in driving revenue.

Management, food and beverage, customer service and achieving financial targets.

What is required?

1yrs Hospitality Management experience

Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments

Experience in the controlling financial aspects of a business

The ability to lead, train and develop a team

First aid certificate is preferred but not essential
