Grill'd is turning up the heat in Armstrong Creek with a brand-new Drive Thru restaurant - and we want YOU to help bring the vibes, the speed, and the epic service.

What we're looking for:

Experience in QSR, hospitality, or customer service

(ideal but not essential) / or Maybe you're at High School looking for your first gig.

Drive Thru experience is a bonus

- we'll train you up if you're new

Someone who thrives under pressure and brings positive energy to every shift

A team player who's ready to jump in and get involved

Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts.

As part of the process, you'll complete a quick online assessment - it's a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you're done, you'll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work).
