We are seeking a focused, ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and managing the full recruitment process from initial client contact through to placement.

This is a 360-degree recruitment role suited to a positive and hardworking individual who is looking for career development in a supportive team workplace. You will enjoy all facets of recruitment, from business development and candidate sourcing through to interviewing, negotiating and the offer stage.

What you’ll be doing:

Building and managing strong client and candidate relationships

Prospecting for new business and developing new client relationships

Identifying, interviewing and screening candidates

Managing the recruitment process through to the offer stage

Organising, negotiating and managing multiple priorities

Writing quality job advertisements

Utilising recruitment databases and your existing network effectively

What you’ll need:

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a similar client-focused role





Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to confidently develop new business and build long-term client relationships

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to negotiate and manage multiple tasks effectively

High attention to detail and commitment to quality processes

Strong written communication skills, particularly when writing job advertisements

Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment

A positive, hardworking and motivated approach
