Talent Acquistion Specialist – Part Time Join an entrepreneurial and innovative business experiencing an exciting period of growth. This is a part-time temporary opportunity with the potential to extend or become ongoing, offering flexibility to work either three days per week or school hours.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles;

Advertise vacancies and manage candidate applications;

Conduct telephone screening and shortlist suitable candidates;

Source candidates directly through LinkedIn and other channels;

Organise and participate in interviews with hiring managers;

Coordinate background, reference and compliance checks;

Support successful candidates through to onboarding;

Partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment processes moving; and

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment systems, processes and ways of working.

About You

Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience and be comfortable managing the process independently from advertising through to onboarding;

You’re agile, organised and reliable, with strong time management and a genuine focus on delivering outcomes;

You’ll be confident working with systems and technology, and curious about AI and process improvement; and

Strong sense of initiative - someone who can quickly identify what needs to be done and get on with it.
