Working across our Home Services team, you will provideperson-centred care in accordance with individual care plans,supporting customers with personal care, mobility, medicationadministration and monitoring, meal preparation, household tasksand community participation. You will play an important role inpromoting our customers’ physical, emotional and social wellbeingwhile helping them maintain their independence at home.

You will work independently while also being part of asupportive and collaborative team, building positive relationshipswith customers, families and colleagues. Through your compassion,professionalism and commitment to quality care, you will make ameaningful difference in the lives of older people throughout thecommunity.

The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Careor equivalent

Medication Module HLTHPS007 - Administer and MonitorMedications

Current First Aid Certificate

Current Driver Licence

Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Previous aged care, disability care or community careexperience

Experience providing personal care and medicationsupport

Empathy and commitment to supporting older people

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage timeeffectively

Commitment to workplace equity and inclusion

Permanent Part Time position, 20 hours per week

Required availability: Saturday (6 hours) and Sunday (4hours), with remaining hours worked during the week

Hourly Rate $36.23
