Followmont Transport is looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our Brisbane Operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, fleet movements and resources to ensure freight is delivered safely, efficiently and on time. Working closely with drivers and operational teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining service standards, managing daily schedules and supporting the ongoing success of our network. What You'll Be Doing

Previous experience in Fleet Control, Transport Operations or Dispatch Strong understanding of transport and logistics operations Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
