You'll run estimating and assist in production for the shop, reporting to the Shop Manager. This is a chance to help shape how a new shop runs rather than slot into someone else's system. Key responsibilities
Quote and estimate repairs accurately, liaising directly with insurers and customers Plan and manage the production schedule so jobs move efficiently from intake to delivery Coordinate the workshop floor - technicians, parts, and timelines - to keep cycle times tight Own quality control and sign-off before vehicles go back to customers Help set up the processes and systems for a brand-new site, since there's no existing playbook to inherit Support the shop's push for insurer accreditation as it comes online About you
Solid experience as an estimator and/or production manager in a panel, crash repair,
or smash repair shop Comfortable working independently and building things from scratch, rather than following an established system Confident dealing directly with insurers, customers, and a small workshop team Solid organisational skills and an eye for quality Genuinely keen to grow with an independent operator as the shop scales up About us
