Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently recruiting for a well-established and globally recognized FMCG organisation specialising in the manufacture and distribution of premium herbs and spices across Australia and around the world.

With the peak period approaching, we are looking for people who are ready to commence from October and become part of a busy, supportive, and genuinely great onsite team.

About the role

n

Working as part of the production and warehouse team, your duties may include:

n

n
- Working efficiently in a temperature-controlled/cold room environment
n
- Operating machinery and production equipment
n
- Quality and quantity checking of products
n
- Sorting and maintaining high-quality materials
n
- Safely handling and moving products
n
- Using RF scanners and computer systems
n
- Maintaining accurate records using Excel and other digital systems
n




- Working collaboratively with a friendly team to meet daily production targets
n

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who are:

- Available to commence ASAP
n
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to their work
n
- Comfortable working in a hands‐on, fast‐paced environment
n
- Safety‐focused with a positive attitude
n
- Willing to learn and take on current tasks
n
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or FMCG experience is highly regarded, but not essential
n
- Able to access reliable transport to Palmwoods
n
- Flexible to work Day & Afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday), with occasional weekend work as required
n
