We are seeking an enthusiastic Carpenter/Joiner/Tradesman/3rd or 4th Year Apprentice to join our growing team, producing high-quality bespoke staircases for builders in the residential industry. This role involves the manufacture and installation of timber staircases on site, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, accuracy, and safety. Continuous training and support provided. We are seeking an enthusiastic Carpenter/Joiner/Tradesman/3rd or 4th Year Apprentice to join our growing team, producing high-quality bespoke staircases for builders in the residential industry. This role involves the manufacture and installation of timber staircases on site,



with a strong focus on craftsmanship, accuracy, and safety. Continuous training and support provided. Key Responsibilities

Interpret and work from shop drawings, plans, and specifications

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

Measure, cut, assemble, and finish staircase components to a high standard

Work with solid timber

Work in a close team environment to produce high quality staircases

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area

Identify and resolve manufacturing issues proactively

Skills & Experience

Robust understanding of stair construction methods and Australian Standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must

hold a White Card

Must

hold a Current NSW driver's licence

Qualifications (Preferred but Not Essential)

Apprentices nearing completion of TAFE
