About the Role NRI is looking for a

Senior SAP HR/HCM/Payroll Consultant

to provide senior functional expertise across SAP HCM and Australian Payroll within our Managed Services Enterprise Applications team.

You’ll support business-critical HR and payroll environments across

Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits and ESS/MSS , with a strong focus on production support, compliance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Provide Level 2 & 3 operational support across SAP HCM and Payroll

Configure and support

OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, ESS and MSS

Support payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, time evaluation and absence quotas

Ensure compliance with Australian payroll, taxation and legislative requirements

Troubleshoot complex payroll and HCM issues

Develop functional specifications and support enhancements

Work closely with ABAP, Basis, Finance, Security and SuccessFactors teams

Support upgrades, support packs, SAP Notes, testing and deployments

Support data migration, interfaces and mass uploads

Drive automation, optimisation and continuous improvement





What We’re Looking For

7+ years SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience, and a minimum of 5 years' SAP HR/Payroll experience in support roles.

Strong expertise in

Australian payroll processes , taxation requirements, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and compliance obligations.

Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and consulting skills

Strong understanding of Australian Payroll practices

Strong ability to analyse modern awards and enterprise agreements to assist in formulating business change requirements

Strong understanding of Australian legislation and calculation rules in regards to payroll related PAYG tax and superannuation calculations

Extensive experience supporting

SAP HCM modules

including Organisational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits Administration, ESS and MSS.

Demonstrated experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support in complex enterprise environments.

Experience with SAP data migration tools including LSMW and BDC.
