Our clients Parts team is looking for a

Parts Advisor.

What awaits you? You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in an productive manner.

You will interpret customer enquires and process quotes and orders, whilst providing solutions to customer needs.

You will book and track customer deliveries.

Qualifications & Experience

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Parts experience within a dealership environment is essential

High attention to detail

Proven ability to be proactive as well as resilient
