Processing and coding supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner Verifying invoice details against purchase orders and delivery documentation Maintaining organised and up-to-date accounts payable records Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies Processing payments in accordance with company policies and payment terms Managing vendor inquiries and resolving payment-related issues What We’re Looking For

Works well within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Motivated and enthusiastic to learn new skills. An attention to detail & effective time management. Strong Microsoft office skills Proven experience working in an accounts payable or similar accounting role for a minimum of two years Ready to Make a Splash?
