We have an opportunity for an Seven Rooms System Administrator to join the team to oversee Seven Rooms projects, workflows and configuration, whilst supporting the reservations team with guest enquiries. What You’ll Be Responsible For Reporting to the Head of Reservations and based at our Head Office in The Rocks, you will:

Manage end-to-end restaurant bookings across high-volume brands

Support with the the training and development of reservation agents on Seven Rooms system knowledge

Champion internal platforms such as Sevenrooms

Work with Reservations Manager on improving efficiency of systems and communication strategy with the operations team

Coordinate group bookings and prepare event orders in partnership with venue teams





Identify upselling opportunities and promote programming and special events

Partner closely with Operations to ensure a seamless pre-arrival journey

What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who:

Experience in a similar role

Strong written and spoken communication skills and verbal manner

High level of knowledge of the back end of Sevenrooms

Has meticulous attention to detail and solid administrative discipline

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and priorities
