Claims team reporting to a top industry leading partner+ being mentored by the head team leader, you will love helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their TPD/income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund+ other insurance policies. You will have

full-spectrum carriage

of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences. MINIMUM 3+ YEARS (up to senior associate)

experience in PERSONAL INJURY LAW including minimum 2 yrs +specifically managing your own

TPD (total permanent disablement)

cases
