This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Help Desk and IT Support (Level 1) with strong Microsoft product knowledge. This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Artarmon. The Role

As Help Desk and IT Support, reporting directly to the Network Manager, you will be: Installing and configure computer systems and applications within the company Support end users solving software & hardware problems Manage systems onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding of staff Management of the equipment asset register including status of equipment usability Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will be a suitably experienced Help Desk and IT Support who has:



High level of Windows 10/11 knowledge & experience Good Microsoft Office knowledge and skills Positive PC hardware knowledge Good teamwork & communication skills Experience managing Windows servers Experience in managing active directory (AD) /Entra ID Have a demonstrated ability to “get stuff done" 1 to 2 Years experience in IT Support / Service Desk Exposure to the following would be advantageous

Experience with networking systems, including Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, VPNs, internet services Experience with SharePoint Administration Experience with supporting Intune Understanding of cyber safety and information security What’s on offer?
