The Moreton Bay Boat Club is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a casual position with the potential for ongoing development and career progression.

What You'll Bring

- Trade qualification or demonstrated experience in a chef or cook role
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐volume kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
n
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and presentation
n
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach with both kitchen and front‐of‐house teams
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Minimum of 2-3 years professional cooking experience required
n
- Australian work rights required for this position

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

- Deliver consistently high standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation

- Assist with stock control, ordering, and management of kitchen supplies

- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health requirements
