Job Description
Franzmann Constructions is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our growing Townsville team.

We specialise in high-end custom homes and boutique residential developments and are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
n
The successful candidate must:

- Be a qualified and experienced carpenter
n
- Have proven experience working on high-end residential builds
n
- Be confident leading and coordinating a team
n
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, presentation and site safety
n
- Hold a current driver's licence
n
n
