Open to Orthopaedic & Trauma Reps, Clinical Specialists & Clinicians

Are you working in orthopaedics, trauma or medical devices and looking for your next opportunity?

We are partnering with an established and growing orthopaedic medical device business to recruit a Territory Manager for Brisbane, covering Brisbane CBD, Redcliffe, Logan and Ipswich.

The role will focus on hip & knee arthroplasty, working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders to support procedures, develop relationships and grow the territory.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on territory role where you will have the opportunity to develop genuine relationships with surgeons and clinical stakeholders while taking ownership of your territory's commercial growth.

You'll be responsible for

- Managing and growing the Brisbane territory
- Developing relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and key stakeholders
- Providing in-theatre clinical and technical support
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Supporting surgeons throughout procedures
- Building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted clinical partner
- Working closely with the wider commercial and clinical team
- Developing expertise across the company's hip & knee portfolio





We're looking for someone with clinical credibility, commercial drive, strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons.

What You'll Bring

- Experience within orthopaedics, trauma, surgery or medical devices
- Strong theatre experience and confidence in a surgical environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- The ability to identify opportunities and develop new business
- A genuine interest in orthopaedics and medical technology
- Full Australian driver's licence

What's On Offer? $100,000 – $125,000 base salary depending on experience

$22,000 car allowance

$40,000 bonus opportunity , with the ability to earn above target
