THE ROLE & WHY JOIN USWe are seeking a part-time Trade Activity Manager to join us on a parental leave contract. This role offers you:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Trade Activity Manager for Tasmania, you will connect our brand team with your sales team. This is an office based role as you manage the office, greeting visitors and setting up for meetings and tastings. For this contract you will be responsible for:

- Manage the teams’ diaries and organising events
- Answer the phones and direct calls correctly
- Day to day office management and reception duties




- Updating marketing collateral and managing assets
- Supporting sales team with reports and other ad hoc requests
- Supporting events: set up, organisation etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATETo succeed in this role, you will ideally have experience with diary management, be an organised individual and confident in your communication, as you are the face of the Tasmanian Sales team in our Hobart office. If you have worked in hospitality and have a passion for wine, bring excellent attention to detail and organisation and have experience managing or working events, you’ll be a good candidate for this role. You’ll bring experience with different systems, be comfortable using Pivot Tables and similar on Excel and have experience in customer service. Above all else, you will possess excellent communication, able to respond professionally via email and represent Joval over the phone and in person.
