What you will do in the role

- Assist Trade Counter customers with product enquiries and sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams and vendor partners.
- Achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain branch inventory, warehouse standards, and an organised, professional trade counter environment.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Develop strong product and process knowledge and complete vendor certifications.

- Confidence providing product advice and resolving customer issues.

- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or trade counter experience is highly regarded.
- A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge across a broad range of technology.
- Previous experience working within technology distribution, retail, warehouse, trade counter or customer-facing sales environments will be highly regarded.
