Key Responsibilities:

- Rubber lining of various components
- Conveyor belt cleating
- Operating factory machinery and equipment
- Assisting with general workshop and factory duties

What We’re Looking For:

- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A background in manufacturing or similar hands-on industries (advantageous)
- Ability to work effectively in a small team and independently
- A strong commitment to safety and following company policies and procedures
- White Card (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Confined Space (advantageous but not essential)
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday - based in Bunbury
- Overtime available as required
