We are currently seeking a Part Time Training and Facilitation Associate to join our small team in Alice Springs.

About the Role The Training and Facilitation Associate is a key role for Trainspire, designed to expand training delivery capacity while strengthening operational foundations and supporting sustainable growth.

Training and facilitation are the central focus of the position; however as a small business role, day to day tasks will differ depending on what is needed and will involve hands-on contribution across administration, CRM systems, client coordination, and relationship development to support the strengthening of internal systems and pipeline visibility.

About You

As Trainspire is a small, scaling organisation,



this role requires flexibility and adaptability. The right candidate will be looking for a part-time role, 2-4 days per week and have:

- Experience in learning and development, training coordination and delivery OR a background in administration with the ability to facilitate training.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deliver face to face training.
- A positive client focused approach.
- The motivation and ability to work autonomously.
- A willingness to undertake the varied tasks required on a day-to-day basis.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A desire to learn and grow.

Qualifications in training and assessment, adult education, mental health first aid, emotional intelligence and/or crisis intervention and de-escalation would be of benefit but are not mandatory.
