Training Coordinator | Wingfield, SA |Permanent Full - Time

We are seeking a Junior Training Coordinator to provide administrative support across training and development activities. This role would suit someone organised and detail-oriented who enjoys coordinating schedules, maintaining training records, supporting documentation and assisting with the smooth delivery of training programs

Key Responsibilities

- To develop and maintain workplace training systems

- Assist with the induction process and delivery of Mandatory Training documents

- Filing of Training information into staff files and entering data to Training Matrix

- Prepare and review Task Instructions when changes occur

- Assist On the Job Coaches in the assessment of employees against Task instructions to achieve competency

- Assist On the Job Coaches/Supervisors in the coordination of training of staff on new Task instructions or when changes occur

- Liaise with all Supervisors to facilitate trainees for group training session

- Monitor existing staff with maintaining up to date training requirements as per relevant task instructions

- Assist in the Environmental and WHS Compliance Training as well as maintaining their training records




- To assist Quality Department in outlay of Quality and HACCP training annually

- Ensure that HACCP standards and quality procedures are adhered to and outlay training when required

- Positively supports business strategy and improvement through implementation of new policies and procedures

About You

- Certificate IV Training and Assessing

- Previous experience in training coordination, learning and development, HR or similar role.

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- High attention to detail and strong administrative capacity

- Experience using learning management systems or training databases is desirable
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
