BIG Transport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator / Allocator for our busy container transport operation in Mascot.

This is a permanent full-time position and we are looking to appoint someone as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone with genuine transport/logistics experience, ideally within Sydney container transport — not simply general office administration.

Duties include daily driver and truck allocation, coordinating container movements, wharf and empty park bookings, timeslots, monitoring jobs and delays, customer and driver liaison, updating transport systems and maintaining accurate operational records.

Experience as a Transport Allocator, Fleet Controller, Transport Administrator, Transport Coordinator or similar is highly regarded.

You must be organised, confident dealing with drivers and customers,



able to manage changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced transport workplace.

Sydney container transport experience is highly regarded.

Immediate start available for the right candidate. Salary is negotiable with the final salary based on relevant transport experience, container industry knowledge and capability.

Pay: From $52,880.00 per year
