About the role The Transport and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of Hicks Civil & Mining's transport assets, heavy vehicles and the personnel engaged to drive them. The role coordinates driver rostering, timekeeping, fatigue management, compliance, equipment movements, maintenance records, mobilisation and demobilisation, purchase orders and operational reporting in accordance with WA heavy-vehicle legislation, Chain of Responsibility obligations and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily deployment of drivers and transport assets against approved business and project requirements.

- Prepare and maintain driver rosters, ensuring appropriate coverage, fatigue controls and compliance with regulated work and rest requirements.

- Coordinate driver flights, accommodation and workforce movements outside of project requirements.

- Communicate roster changes, transport requirements and approved operational instructions to drivers and relevant stakeholders.

- Monitor driver licences, medicals, training, inductions, competencies and other role-specific compliance requirements.

- Maintain accurate records supporting fatigue management, fitness for work, Chain of Responsibility and driver compliance.

- Coordinate the complete daily driver-administration cycle, including collecting, reviewing, validating, entering, reconciling, submitting and filing timesheets, run sheets, dockets,



delivery records and pre-start documentation.

- Monitor IVMS information, alerts and reports relating to driver behaviour, speeding, fatigue indicators, harsh driving events, vehicle movements and unauthorised use.

- Coordinate the daily movement, availability and administration of transport assets, heavy vehicles and other assigned equipment.

- Coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of plant, vehicles and equipment in consultation with project teams, suppliers and the EGM Assets & Supply.

About you

- Experience in transport, logistics, fleet, plant, maintenance or heavy-industry coordination.

- Experience coordinating heavy-vehicle drivers, rosters, transport activities and equipment movements.

- Working knowledge of WA heavy-vehicle legislation, fatigue-management requirements and Chain of Responsibility obligations.

- Strong understanding of driver timekeeping, regulated work and rest hours, timesheets and docket reconciliation.

- Experience monitoring licences, medicals, training, competencies and workforce compliance.

- Working knowledge of vehicle and equipment servicing, pre-starts, defect management and maintenance records.

- Solid planning, scheduling and administrative capability.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Current driver's licence.
