About the role

Your primary responsibility will be to grow Sri Hela Travels within the Australian market through proactive sales, marketing, relationship building and lead generation. You will identify potential customers and business partners, reach the appropriate decision-makers and introduce Sri Hela Travels professionally. You will work across both B2B and B2C marketing and sales.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, organisations and business partners
- Research and identify new Australian sales opportunities
- Find and contact relevant decision-makers
- Introduce Sri Hela Travels and our Sri Lanka tour packages professionally
- Generate qualified travel enquiries
- Book meetings, presentations and follow-up appointments
- Develop relationships with travel agencies and travel professionals
- Approach Probus Clubs, community organisations, retirement communities, social clubs, sporting/golf clubs and other potential group-travel markets
- Identify opportunities for group tours and special-interest tours




- Conduct structured email outreach campaigns

About you

- Confident and skilled on the telephone
- Comfortable making outbound and cold calls
- An excellent English communicator, both verbal and written
- Friendly, persuasive and relationship-focused
- Comfortable speaking with Australian customers and business decision-makers
- Highly organised and disciplined with follow-ups
- Able to work independently and take ownership of results
- Commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets
- Comfortable using email, CRM systems and Microsoft/Google business tools
- Able to research potential customers and organisations effectively
