The role involves…

- Delivering outstanding customer service in-person, over the phone, by text, and via email
- Assisting patients before and after treatment
- Managing bookings, payments, and patient records
- Conducting patient consultations and explaining treatment processes, costs, timelines, and outcomes
- Using Microsoft Office and specialist dental applications
- Balancing administration tasks with patient care responsibilities
- Demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail,



and professionalism
- Communicating with clarity, kindness, and respect with both patients and colleagues

- Experienced in a dental or medical setting, particularly in customer service and/or sales
