About the Role

We're looking for a fit, reliable, and switched-on Truck Driver to join our scrap metal team in Malaga. This role is currently casual, with the possibility of moving to full-time for the right person. It's a hands-on role suited to someone who takes initiative, shows up consistently, and communicates well with the team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive a truck to pick up and drop off scrap metal bins at customer sites
- Occasionally operate a skip truck to pick up and drop off bins
- Use a forklift to move bins safely around the yard
- Work hands-on in the yard, assisting with general scrap handling and site tasks
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and productive work environment
- Communicate clearly with customers, the yard team, and management

Requirements

- Current forklift licence (essential)
- Truck driving experience (relevant truck licence required)




- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on yard work
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Good communication skills
- Shows initiative and can work independently when needed
- Prior experience in scrap metal, waste, or a similar industry is a plus but not essential

Pay: $36.00 per hour
