About the Role

Your responsibilities will include





- Leading and supervising underground mining crews to achieve safe and effective production
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and effective shift handovers
- Monitoring production, allocating resources and managing operational priorities
- Identifying and managing safety, operational and workplace risks
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, company and site requirements
- Leading, developing and mentoring your crew to achieve operational goals
- Working closely with the Mine Foreman and site leadership team to support site performance

About You The successful candidate will have:

- Permanent Australian working rights
- A current WA Underground Shift Boss ticket
- A current Manual Australian Driver’s Licence
- Previous experience supervising underground mining crews
- A positive, proactive leadership style with strong communication and a commitment to developing your crew
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgement and make effective operational decisions
