Due to continued growth, Mandurah Auto Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving strong sales results. You will represent a diverse range of quality used vehicles while guiding customers through every stage of the purchasing process.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and identifying their vehicle requirements
- Managing showroom, telephone and online sales enquiries
- Presenting suitable used vehicles and providing knowledgeable advice
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and coordinating test drives
- Following up prospective customers and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
- Assisting customers throughout the trade-in and purchasing process
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records within dealership systems
- Developing a strong understanding of available stock
- Ensuring vehicles and the sales yard are presented to a high standard
- Working toward individual and dealership sales targets
- Delivering a professional and enjoyable customer experience

About You





To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:
- Previous automotive or used vehicle sales experience
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused approach
- The confidence to manage enquiries and follow up opportunities
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Sound computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A current WA driver’s license
- A current WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson’s License, or the ability to obtain one
