Your Impact in This Role As the Used Vehicle Sales Manager, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop a strong sales team while driving consistent results and exceptional customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading the Used Vehicle Sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Driving profitability through stock management, pricing strategy, and performance analysis
- Fostering a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture
- Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential
- Monitoring KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to support data‑driven decision‑making
- Ensuring compliance with dealership standards, processes, and manufacturer guidelines




- Contributing to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the dealership

What We’re Looking For

- Current Yard Manager’s License
- WA Manual Driver’s License
- Proven success in automotive sales leadership
- Strong leadership and coaching capability
- Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills
- Sound financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- A professional, driven, and customer‑focused leadership style
