What you'll do

- Convert inbound and self-generated enquiries into signed deals
- Guide customers end-to-end: needs discovery, vehicle matching, test drives, trade-in appraisal, finance referrals, delivery
- Present our inventory with confidence, transparency and product knowledge
- Manage your pipeline and follow-up discipline in our CRM
- Build repeat and referral business that compounds month on month
- Represent Carro to the standard our 7-day return guarantee implies

What you'll bring

- A hunger for results. You chase the close, track your numbers, and are motivated by commission




- A valid WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson's Licence — or the willingness to obtain one at your own cost before commencing
- A valid Class C driver's licence (current, unrestricted)
- National Police Clearance
- Confident, ethical, customer-first communication skills
- High-level of integrity
- Self-discipline to operate as an independent contractor with minimal supervision
- Used car, dealership, or high-velocity retail sales experience is a strong advantage — proven closers from other industries will be considered
