About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager and General Sales Manager, you'll guide customers through every stage of their vehicle purchase, ensuring they receive outstanding service and the right vehicle to suit their needs.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting customers throughout the vehicle buying journey.

- Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

- Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

- Following the dealership's proven sales process.

- Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up.

- Working collaboratively with our finance, service and administration teams.

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

Previous automotive sales experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or any sales-focused role and have the drive to succeed, we'll provide the training you need.
