We are seeking experienced Venue Manager to join and lead from the front.

The Role

- Lead daily venue operations and service delivery
- Drive team performance, culture, and guest experience
- Manage rostering, labour costs, and operational targets
- Oversee reservations, events, and service flow
- Train, develop and mentor FOH teams
- Maintain high standards across service, presentation and compliance
- Work closely with BOH and senior leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality
- Strong operational knowledge across high-volume or premium venues
- Confident leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience with systems such as SevenRooms, Now Book It, Triple Seat (or similar)
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of labour and cost control
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to build culture and lead from the front
