We are seeking an exceptional senior executive to lead the Marine business across the Asia-Pacific region. Reporting to the Global President, this highly influential role carries full responsibility for the region’s growth strategy, financial performance, operations and people leadership.

Leading a talented, multi-functional team across diverse markets and cultures, you will bring together commercial strategy, operational discipline and genuine customer focus to drive sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on executive role for an accomplished leader who understands how to convert strategy into action, develop high-performing teams and create lasting value across a technically complex, product-led business.

The Opportunity

As Vice President - APAC Marine, you will:

- Set and deliver the growth strategy for the APAC Marine business.
- Take full ownership of regional P&L;, profitability, cash flow and sales performance.
- Lead annual planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
- Build a customer-led culture that strengthens relationships and delivers lasting value.
- Align teams around business priorities, expectations and performance targets.
- Monitor key financial and operational measures, taking action where required.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver strategic roadmaps.
- Identify emerging market, product and technology opportunities.
- Drive operational excellence across manufacturing,



distribution and service.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
- Establish clear accountability across the regional leadership team.
- Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, industry bodies and global Marine facilities.
- Coach and develop a high-performing, culturally diverse leadership team.
- Represent APAC Marine in regional and global leadership forums.
- Lead strategic projects and travel throughout the region and internationally, up to 35%.

What Are We Looking For?

This is a significant executive appointment requiring a commercially astute and operationally experienced leader who can inspire people while delivering measurable business results.

The successful candidate will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations, Finance or a related field; an MBA is highly regarded.
- At least 10 years’ leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution or a product-based business.
- A minimum of five years in a senior role with full P&L; accountability.
- Proven success delivering growth strategies, operating plans and budgets.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including profitability, cash flow and performance analysis.
- Experience driving operational improvement across manufacturing, distribution and service.
- Sound knowledge of EHS, quality and regulatory compliance requirements.
- The ability to respond to changing technologies, markets and customer needs.
