About the role

Support the Venue Manager with daily operations and take charge in their absence Lead shifts and coordinate front-of-house, bar and kitchen teams for smooth service Deliver warm, professional service and handle guest enquiries and feedback Train, support and mentor team members Assist with rostering and day-to-day staff allocation Coordinate bookings, functions and large groups Maintain service, presentation and cleanliness standards Oversee opening and closing procedures What you will bring





Previous assistant management or senior supervisory experience in a busy hospitality venue Strong leadership and communication skills, with confidence leading a busy service A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service Current NSW RSA certificate Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays A calm, organised approach in a quick-paced environment What we offer
