Full-time Assistant Managers hired in October or November 2026 will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus - a great time to make the move! We're on the hunt for experienced, energetic Assistant Managers to join the team at Rosehill Hotel. As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations - leading your team on shift, driving service standards, managing compliance and gaming obligations, and creating a great experience for every guest who walks through the door. What you will bring

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality

Current RSA,



ARCG and RCG certifications

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team

A hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience

Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
