You will oversee the non-clinical operations, ensure seamless patient experience, and maintain productive workflows for our specialist.

Hours and Availability This is a part-time position 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday). Occasional availability for a third day per week and holiday/absence cover is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities

Manage billing, Medicare/health fund claims, invoicing, and petty cash

Coordinate specialist diary, surgical bookings, and clinic schedules

Handle complex enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure friendly and positive customer service

Manage medical and office supply inventories and oversee equipment maintenance

Manage administrative and reception staff

About you

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Practice Manager (ENT or surgical specialty experience highly regarded)





Proficiency with medical software (eg Bluechip Medical Director or Genie)

In-depth knowledge of Medicare benefits schedule (MBS) items, health funds, and eclipse billing

Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
