Approximately 30 hours per week

Ideally starting at 7:30am, with some flexibility available

Casual position with a view to permanent employment

Your duties

Answering incoming phone calls

Following up customer and supplier orders by phone

Filing and general administration

Ordering office and workplace supplies

Keeping track of everyday office requirements

Providing general support to the wider team

Assisting with basic accounts duties where experienced

What we're looking for

Previous administration or office experience

Confident and professional telephone manner

Competent computer skills

Robust organisation and follow-up skills

Able to work independently and take initiative

MYOB or accounts experience is highly regarded

Reliable and comfortable working within a small-business environment
